A return will not be extended to the products unless there is any damage during delivery, is lost in transit or the wrong product is received. In such cases, a return can be raised by writing in an email to contact.thegreencircle@gmail.com. A refund will only be made if replacement is not possible.

There will be a flat shipping rate of ₹75 for all orders up to ₹899. Shipping will be FREE for all orders above that. Your Product shipping is of utmost importance to us. As soon as the payment is made, your order will be processed within 2-4 days, as each product is exclusively handmade. Your product should reach you within 3-7 days from the dispatch date. We use excellent delivery services and hence shipment getting lost is negligible.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or your computer screen resolutions/settings. Dark colours may look lighter in direct sunlight.

Wash by hand with lukewarm water and soap/shampoo. Make sure to dry it away from direct sunlight.
