Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost:

All orders up to ₹899 will be charged at a flat shipping rate of ₹75. For orders above that, shipping will be free of cost.

Shipping Time:

As some of the scrunchies are made to order, order will only be processed within 3-4 days of ordering. The order would be shipping in a week and should reach the destination within 7-10 days, depending on the location.

Shipping Areas:

The orders can be made anywhere from India where online deliveries can be made through private couriers or India Post. We do not ship internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

The product cannot be returned unless it is received in a damaged state, or gets lost in transit. In case of it getting lost because of wrong address provision, there will not be any refund either.

Make sure to check dimensions of the product before purchasing to avoid misunderstanding of the size.

If received in a damaged state, a photo of the damaged product along with your request for exchange can be made by sending us an email to contact.thegreencircle@gmail.com. Only exchange or replacement is possible in such circumstances. And the received product will have to be shipped back to us on your own.

In case you are eligible for refund, it should reflect in your bank account within 2-3 days from receiving the defective product.
